1. Acceptance

By using silentpeek.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What SilentPeek is

SilentPeek is an independent tool for viewing and downloading public Instagram content. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms. Any trademarks, service marks, or logos displayed belong to their respective owners.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use SilentPeek for stalking, harassment, or any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access private Instagram accounts (we do not support this)
• Scrape or resell our content or use automated tools beyond what the UI allows
• Redistribute downloaded content commercially without the creator's permission
• Reverse-engineer our service, bypass rate limits, or probe for vulnerabilities

Violating this section may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

4. Copyright and creator rights

Content you view or download through SilentPeek is owned by its original creator. We grant you no rights to that content. Downloads are intended for personal viewing, research, and archival use. For republication, obtain permission from the content owner.

5. Free and paid tiers

Free tier is available without an account, subject to rate limits. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as shown on our pricing page. All prices are in USD.

Subscription details

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Cancel anytime from your dashboard — you keep access until period end
• No refunds for partial months, except our 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase

6. Account creation

For Premium, we create an account automatically after successful payment and email you a magic link to log in. You are responsible for keeping your email secure. One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

7. Uptime and availability

We aim for high uptime but the Service is provided "as is". Instagram can change its systems at any time, which may temporarily affect content availability. We'll notify paid users of major outages and issue credit where appropriate.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or charge back payments fraudulently.

9. Disclaimers and liability

SILENTPEEK IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the federal or state courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to paid users 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
